The geographic expansion of TODOCASA was programmed
right from the beginning with the idea of covering the entire metropolitan
area of the city of Valencia, opening offices (Paterna, Alaquas, Torrent) in the towns which had the greatest strategic importance
in the closest areas of the metropolis, in order to dominate in one
sense or another the entire province.
As a result of the
over inflation of prices in Spanish property sales, by Spanish as well as foreign buyers, this has
caused a spontaneous demand in Valencian Villas, as it offers the same as places
100 km South but with better infrastructure and services, due to it
being the 3rd most important city in Spain, after Madrid and Barcelona.
This, along with our unique capacity, thanks to our
structure, geographic predominance and human resource capabilities
and a large experiences as real estate agency Valencia allowed
us, TODOCASA, to gradually provide a service to foreign clients who
have contacted us by means of the Internet or other similar means.
It was therefore necessary to create a specific
division specialising in Valencia villas for sale (EPS) with its own structure, in order to provide a specific
service to each type of client, due to the complexity, distance and
necessity for a professional pre, during and post sales service.
